问：我身上有灵性，有时上香都有阻碍。在菩萨大日子半夜上头香的时候，由于自己阴气重、气场不好，有时想上上不了，有时想上又不敢上，该怎么办呢？
答：有灵性要多念小房子，超度走了就好了。半夜害怕的话，等白天再上香也可以。先念大悲咒再上香。
