——解答来信疑惑（三百七十一）2020-05-14
问：昨天我助念了四个佛台，包括观音堂的，念完之后我明显感觉腰酸，然后头晕，躺在沙发上就昏睡过去了，今早也起不来，起床后头还是晕的。请问是不是助念的原因？
答：助念会有一点背业。
