问：梦见我把自己的左手砍掉了，不疼，也没有血迹，我就去医院就诊，但没有一个人帮我接手，我的那个左手放在左手臂的时候，慢慢的我的左手也会动。
答：应该是在地府，一个人在灵界，手断了还能长起来，没有血的。在地府受苦，头砍了，很痛，很难过，过一会儿又还原了。说明他最近的气场很不好。
