——解答来信疑惑（一百九十六）2017-12-23
问：《白话佛法》中讲，：心体离念就是德，离念就是无念，无念就是德。请问，无念是什么都不想，还是心中时刻保持正念？
答：无念，又可以说正念，因为长时间的正念，在心中已经形成了无念，做好事做得不知道自己是在做好事，做出来都是好事，已经连做好事的意识都没有了。
