问：同修代付了酒店钱，需要三人见证才能收回别的同修的钱，这个“三人”包括收钱和付钱的同修，还是除了收付钱两方，需要再找三位同修见证？
答：从道理上来讲，你们俩是当事人，不能把当事人算作其中，要另外找三个人做证人。
