问：同修感觉到气脉打通，有气在动，从小腿、大腿，一直到腰。
答：这是血脉打通了。这种人有点要打坐了，但是不能乱打坐，要稳住自己，心要静意要明，在念经学佛中不停想一些事情会心潮澎湃，血流加速。
