问：梦见一个碗里有好多死鱼，没有头，从死鱼脖子钻出来很多像泥鳅一样的鱼，意念中是寄生虫，我在边上，就有鱼钻到我肉里了。
答：这是血液里有癌细胞。如果敛财或做错事情的话，会得癌症。
