——解答来信疑惑（一百十七）2016-07-14
问：我有一次念心经时闭着眼睛，突然感觉身体没有了，只听见念经的声音，我有点害怕就睁开眼睛。最近又有这种情况，念经比较专注的时候容易出现这种情况，请问要怎样对治？
答：这是好事情，修到后来就无我了。老和尚就是念到后来一点都没有感觉了，完全没有身体，腾空了，超脱自我了，就是要念到这种境界。
